I’ve spent over 20 years as a nurse practitioner working in hospitals, surgical teams, and specialty clinics. I am also a mom to a busy toddler, navigating the same real-life demands my clients face. Along the way, I saw too many high-functioning people (especially women in midlife) told “everything looks fine” when they knew something was off.
I created Grace Concierge to offer what traditional care often misses: personalized, root-cause support for women and professionals experiencing fatigue, hormonal shifts, stubborn weight changes, brain fog, and burnout.
