Frequently Asked Questions

Question
Answer
Do I have to take supplements to do the program?

No, but many plans include supplement recommendations to support your goals. Clients receive professional discounts and guidance on what’s truly helpful.

Can I use my own lab results or do I need to redo testing?

If your labs are recent and meet our clinical standards, we may be able to use them. Nurse Cris will review and advise during your initial consult.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients begin to notice improvements in sleep, energy, mood, and digestion within the first 4–6 weeks, with deeper changes unfolding over several months.

Is this program only for women?

No. While we specialize in midlife women’s health, we also support men dealing with hormone imbalances, energy loss, metabolic concerns, and executive-level performance goals.

What conditions or symptoms do you most often help with?

We specialize in hormone imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, fatigue, brain fog, perimenopause/menopause, weight gain, and optimization for high performers.

How often will I meet with Nurse Cris in the Comprehensive or VIP plans?

Comprehensive clients meet biweekly for 16 weeks and receive quarterly check-ins.

VIP clients receive extended coaching over 6+ months and access Nurse Cris through weekly messaging.

What kind of support is included in the Group Coaching Program?

The 16-week group includes biweekly coaching, lab-based recommendations, community support, and a supplement discount. Ideal for those seeking structure without 1:1 intensity.

Can I just get lab testing without enrolling in a full program?

Yes, the Foundational Package includes a one-time lab consult and review with a personalized plan–perfect for getting started without a long-term commitment.

What are signs that my metabolism isn’t functioning properly?

Common signs include fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, trouble sleeping, bloating, and difficulty recovering from workouts. Our labs help uncover the root causes.

Do I need to be in menopause to benefit from hormone testing?

No—many women in their 30s and 40s experience perimenopausal changes. Our approach supports hormone balance at any stage of life.

Does insurance cover this program or lab work?

Grace Concierge is out-of-network. We provide superbills for reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA for eligible services. Lab billing depends on your specific plan and provider.

What’s the difference between the Foundational, Comprehensive, and VIP packages?

The Foundational package is a one-time consult. Comprehensive offers structured support with coaching and prescriptions. VIP is our most connected plan with expanded labs, coaching access, and messaging support.

Can I do this program virtually from anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes, Grace Concierge is fully virtual and available to clients nationwide. All consultations, lab reviews, and coaching are done through secure telehealth.

How do I know which Grace Concierge package is right for me?

We recommend starting with our free pre-assessment quiz or scheduling a Discovery Call with Nurse Cris to determine which tier fits your needs, goals, and lifestyle.

What is included in a Grace Concierge membership?

Each membership includes advanced lab testing, personalized health plans, supplement guidance, and virtual coaching sessions with Nurse Cris.

Plan tiers vary by frequency of support and prescription management.
