Your Quarterly Telemedicine Visit with Nurse Cris is an essential component of your Concierge Care plan, designed to maintain, adjust, and optimize your personalized health strategy over time. These structured 20–30 minute virtual sessions ensure you receive ongoing, expert oversight to support lasting results and continued peace of mind. During these visits, Nurse Cris will review your most recent lab results and health metrics, address any new symptoms or concerns, and refine your treatment plan as needed. Prescription management—including medication adjustments and hormone therapy optimization—is a key focus, ensuring safe, effective, evidence-based care tailored to your unique goals. These appointments aren’t rushed, one-size-fits-all check-ins. Instead, they offer an opportunity for in-depth, personalized conversations about your progress, challenges, and evolving needs. Whether you're working on weight management, hormone balance, metabolic health, inflammation reduction, or overall wellness, these quarterly reviews keep you accountable, informed, and empowered. All sessions are conducted virtually for maximum convenience and accessibility, making it easy to maintain your high-touch, concierge-level care wherever you are. By meeting quarterly, you and Nurse Cris can proactively catch and address any changes before they become obstacles—helping you achieve sustainable, meaningful health improvements over your entire program duration. Please note: Access to Quarterly Telemedicine Visits is included as part of select Concierge Care plans (Comprehensive, VIP Enhanced, Maintenance).
