September is a delightful month for many reasons. Personally, I look forward to the cool nights when I can sleep without the air conditioner, enjoying the fresh air through my windows. However, September can also be hectic, as it marks the return to school routines and work after a long, well-deserved vacation. This month often signifies a packed schedule, whether it's meetings or shuttling kids to various activities. For many, September is an opportunity to refresh and recommit to those forgotten New Year's resolutions, such as eating healthier, drinking less, sleeping more, and managing time better. September brings a sense of motivation to finish the year strong—at least for me. While summer is great for enjoying the outdoors, relaxing, and spending time with family and friends, it often leads to more relaxed commitments, sometimes resulting in unintended weight gain. How can we find our "North Star" and recommit to our goals? Simply by starting. It doesn't have to be complicated or ceremonial; it just needs to be intentional. Often, small adjustments can quickly get you back on track. This week, consider where you've "fallen short" of your goals and what steps you can take to get back on the right path. Can you approach this without judgment and with grace? Can you do it with purpose and intention? Small daily changes lead to significant achievements. Need help? You're in luck! I've recently launched my 2-week Metabolic Reset course and am developing a 4-week course that builds on it and goes deeper. Looking for more accountability? I'm here to help! I'm offering tailored packages to meet your needs, and I'd love to discuss your health goals. Schedule a consultation—I'd love to connect!
