Welcome to the blog. My goal is to post once per month to engage with the community of individuals who want a healthier life and are seeking tips and tricks on how to achieve their goals.


1. Why this, why now…

I am a Nurse practitioner and holistic health coach with years of experience in various areas of health care. I have seen the negative impact that poor lifestyle choices can do one’s body and how it can affect the lives of the people around them. I also know how challenging it can be for busy professionals like myself to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am looking to make an impact in peoples lives through small guided changes.


2. My tribe

I am looking to build a community of like minded, busy individuals (moms, professionals, dads, students etc) who are looking to dump excuses and look for strategies to stay on track and achieve the goals they set for a healthier life.


3. What to expect

I will post monthly tips and tricks on how to dump excuses and find nuggets of time to fit in exercise and meal prepping. For my paid subscribers I will add recipes and an opportunity to collaborate 1:1 in a consultation with me.
